This boat came to us with a vision—but that vision was still very much in its early stages. What we received was a rough plywood template, serving as a guide rather than a final solution. From that starting point, the goal was clear: transform an idea into a fully custom aluminium canopy that not only fit perfectly but elevated the entire boat.

We custom fabricated the canopy from marine-grade aluminium, carefully refining every line and angle. Precision was key. The canopy needed to follow the boat’s contours seamlessly, provide strength and durability, and still look clean and purposeful. Every cut, weld, and join was done with longevity and performance in mind—this is a working piece, not just a visual upgrade.

As the fabrication progressed, the roughness of the original template was replaced with crisp edges, smooth welds, and a solid, professional finish. Fitment was checked and rechecked to ensure the canopy sat exactly as it should, with no compromises. The end result is a canopy that looks like it was always meant to be there.

By the time the boat left the workshop, it was a completely different story from when it arrived. What started as a basic plywood mock-up left as an immaculate, fully custom aluminium canopy—strong, functional, and built to last.
